Equipment Donations State of Emergency Services of Ukraine notice (pdf) Sample invoice (docx) RARS UKR list (xlsx) General List of Donated Equipment (xlsx)
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine is accepting fire, rescue, hazmat, and medical
equipment and supplies. However, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine’s greatest need is for
ballistic vests (with both front and back protection), ballistic helmets and chemical cartridge/gas
mask respirators.
To assist our members in assuring that donated equipment and supplies reach the State
Emergency Service of Ukraine, the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) has collaborated
with the Polish National Fire Service and the Association of the Volunteer Fire Brigades (VFB) of
the Republic of Poland to establish a valid process for donated equipment transfer to the State
Emergency Service of Ukraine. Through this process, agencies and organizations can work directly
with the Polish VFB who will receive and route the incoming equipment donations directly to the
State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Please be aware, each agency or organization who chooses to donate equipment to the State
Emergency Service of Ukraine through the Polish VFB is responsible for all costs associated with
donating the equipment. This is inclusive of all packaging, shipping, fees assessed by United
States (US) and Polish customs, etc.
Additionally, it is the responsibility of the donating agency or organization to assure compliance
with all applicable US local, state, and federal laws that may apply to donating equipment and
supplies.

of fire and emergency services personnel who have remained in Ukraine and those who have
sought refuge in other countries are in need of humanitarian aid. If your agency or organization
