McLean, VA –Chief John S. Butler, President of the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC), has
appointed Stephanie Holloman, Assistant Chief/Human Resources Director of Orange County Fire Authority, as a member of the IAFC Human Relations Committee (HRC). This appointment is effective as of February 1st, 2024.
Recognized in 2023 as a National Leader of Distinction by HRO Today, Stephanie Holloman’s exemplary career in fire service and human resources management positions her perfectly to contribute significantly to the HRC. Her extensive experience and profound understanding of the complexities of human resources and human relations within fire and emergency service organizations will be invaluable in advancing the committee's mission and vision of providing guidance on the development, adoption, and implementation of procedures for interpersonal and intergroup relations, focusing on diversity.
